Kumpulan Modal Perdana Sdn. Bhd. operates as a venture capital firm. The Company invests in technology, computer, telecommunications, media, entertainment, electronic, advance material, and biotechnology sectors.

MALAYSIA DEVELOPMENT BANK

Malaysia Development Bank is owned by the Minister of Finance Incorporated. It provides liquidity support to one of OHP Group's projects since 2016.

BANK OF CHINA

Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. It provides liquidity support to one of OHP Group's projects since 2020.

BANK MUAMALAT (INDONESIA)

Bank Muamalat Indonesia is a commercial bank in Indonesia operating on the principles of Islamic banking. It provides liquidity support to one of the projects within OHP Group since 2016.

HSBC AMANAH

HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad is a full-fledged Islamic bank wholly owned by HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad. HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad is a member of the HSBC Group, which is headquartered in London, U.K. It provides liquidity support to one of OHP Group's projects since 2020.

AMINVESTMENT BANK BERHAD

AmInvestment Bank Berhad provides investment banking services. The Bank is owned by AmInvestment Group Berhad. It provides liquidity support to one of OHP Group's projects since 2021.
